How To Book

Thinking about booking?  Here's how:

• Click Book and send us a booking request.
• Total cost = Rate + 6% sales tax + 5.0% Worchester County Room tax + cleaning fee.  We also ask for a $200 security deposit check that we do not cash unless there is damage.
• We'll confirm your dates and send an invoice for a 50% reservation deposit (or full amount if your check-in date is within 30 days). We'll also include a copy of the rental agreement for your review.
• Send your reservation deposit within 10 days.  We accept mailed checks, credit cards, and PayPal.

  • Through PayPal you can make secure payments with:
  • There are no transaction fees for you (the buyer). We (the seller) pay the 2.9% + $0.30 fee.
• You'll receive another invoice from us for the remaining balance around 45 - 60 days before check-in.
• Send your remaining balance, signed rental agreement, and $200 security deposit check at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• We'll send you entry instructions, a copy of the signed rental agreement, and information for your stay at least one week before your check-in date.
